This site describes The Golden Empire community and takes you on to our channel. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
Not investment advice
All content is for education and information. Nothing on this site or in the community is personal investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or an offer of financial services. We are not authorised investment advisers and are not supervised by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. If you need advice for your own situation, speak to an authorised adviser.
Your own responsibility
You decide whether to trade, when to enter and exit, how large the position is and how you manage risk. Nobody else makes that decision for you, and nobody else carries the result of it. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Access to the community runs through an account with one of our broker partners. The partner is an independent company with its own terms, its own pricing and its own risk disclosure. We are not a party to the agreement between you and the partner and take no responsibility for the services the partner provides, for order execution, or for deposits and withdrawals. Posts, screenshots and experiences shared by members are that member's own. They show individual results over a limited period, are not representative, and say nothing about what you can expect.

Text, images, the logo and other material on this site belong to DIGITAL ALTITUDE LTD or to our rights holders. You may not copy or reuse the material commercially without written consent.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep the content correct and current but give no guarantee of it. We are not liable for losses arising from trading decisions you take, from the site being unavailable, or from content on sites we link to. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under Norwegian law, including intent or gross negligence, and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date of the last update at the top.
Governing law and venue
Norwegian law applies. Disputes fall under the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the venue. As a consumer you may also bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

Who processes your data
The controller is the company named above. Privacy questions go to info@the-golden-empire.com.
What we process
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, time and which pages you visit. Logged by our hosting provider for operation and security.
- Cookies. See the section below. Marketing cookies are only set with your consent.
- Marketing. This site uses the Meta pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We use it to measure the effect of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads again to people who have visited (remarketing). The pixel only loads after you have given consent. Pixel ID: 1061370063277237.
Visitor statistics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. The tool loads from Cloudflare and processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and which pages you open. It is not used for marketing and the data is not shared with Meta. Cloudflare already operates this site and receives this data whenever you open a page. The basis is therefore legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
We do not collect names, email addresses or payment details on this website. The buttons take you to our channel and to our partner, who is a separate controller for whatever happens there. The typefaces are served from our own server, so your browser contacts no third party to display the page.
Legal basis
Necessary settings and server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Marketing measurement is processed only with your consent, Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw consent at any time via "Change consent" at the bottom of the page.
Who we share data with
Providers of hosting and advertising. Some of these are outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or a valid adequacy decision. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (ad measurement). Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (operation of the site and visitor statistics).
How long we keep data
We run no server of our own and keep no logs of our own. Technical data is processed by our hosting provider for operation and security and deleted there according to their retention periods, see the Cloudflare privacy policy. Cookies have the lifetimes listed in the table below.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to the processing. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, Postboks 458 Sentrum, 0105 Oslo, postkasse@datatilsynet.no.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to run the site and, if you consent, to measure our marketing.
